No. Because every item is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including delays, change of mind, or customer error.
How long does my order take?
Our standard production time is 7–14 business days, not including shipping.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please review all sizing, colors, spelling, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Once payment is submitted, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our shop policies. Because production begins based on the information you provide, changes cannot be guaranteed after your order has been placed. 💙
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available for an additional $75 and must be requested and approved before payment.
How do I avoid delays?
Submit your custom order with complete and accurate information, respond promptly if we contact you with questions, and place your order early—especially during football season when order volume is highest. 🏈✨
